Good Morning, my Infusion CRM Lovers! I hope everyone is starting off the year right with a fresh new outlook on life and all it has to offer. I know I am and you should be too.

Today I need to answer, well I should say proove that what I claim, about Infusion CRM is nothing but the truth.

Here’s the scoop in short. I received a call yesterday from a prospective client. He is currently transitioning over everything from his old CRM to Infusion CRM. As the conversation progressed,

He asked: “so honestly speaking, how long will it take for you to do what I need?” I said, everything combined with the transition, ect.

I said: I say no more than 10 hours.

He said: 10 hours? I don’t see how that is possible. It will take at least 5 hours to do all of my sales forms, not to mention creating the tags, and actions.

I said: No, I can get it done rather quickly.

Still a little skeptical of what I was saying, I decided to open a meeting and show him how long it took me to create a basic form, create tags, create category’s, create a basic thank you email, create a product, create a subscription program and test it.

I asked: How long do you think doing this will take me?

He said: All of that, about 30 minutes to an hour.

So I started the meeting started to record and this is how long it took:

From what I can see I did all of that in 6 minutes. Simple right? He thought so too. Ah I love it when I make someone a believer. Lots of people do not realize what a powerful system Infusion CRM is, but it holds it’s own to all the rest out there in my opinion.

Bottom Line don’t be a septic. Ask questions, see it in action. You will be amazed at what it can do.

New Year, New Attitude, New Me

Wow what a year it has been, I can hardly believe that it is over already. I have accomplished so much over the last year, but now it is time to move on. Doors have closed, and new ones have opened and I vow to make 2010 the best year ever.

So much has been going on in my life over the past year, but now it is time to make some life changing decisions. I hate change, I am scared of change, but things need to change in order to move forward with your life and your dreams.

I’m dreaming BIG!

I was so scared at first, but I know in my heart what I have to do and what I plan on doing is the best decision I have ever made in my life.

The decisions I made will not only help my sanity but also give me stability and peace of mind.

Now I am back to myself with full force and ready to take charge of what I want, and will STOP at nothing to get it and let no one stand in my way.

I decided this year will be my year. The year I accomplish what I need to make me I woke up this morning with a new outlook. Yes it is going to take time and a lot of effort, but that is me. When I set my mind to something that I am passionate about I keep going until I complete what I set out to do.

Your life can change from one minute to the next, so follow you heart, follow your dreams, and keep your passion alive. Don’t give up. I did it I am doing it and I am taking everything I have inside of me to take it to the next level. Everything I learned in the past 6 years about being a Virtual Assistant has helped me grow as a person, and a business woman. This may sound strange but out of all the years I have been a Virtual Assistant for I have learned the most this year.

The most valuable lesson I learned this year is that things are not always what they seem, or what they are made out to be.
So I am making a change.

A HUGE ONE!

If you take anything away from this post, I want you to take your desire and dreams with you. You can do what ever you set your mind to… I did it and you can too…

I have had this blog forever, post all over the place and till this day what do I talk about? Come on you all know already Infusion CRM, and people still ask me, “What database do you use to track leads, customers, products and orders?”

You know what?  Let me tell you how I got started.

About 4 years ago, I didn’t have a good answer to that question. Contact managers that I came across became inadequate. Once you really start to get successful, they are not designed to manage multi-step sequences, orders, continuity programs, credit card charging, affiliate programs, etc.

So, because there wasn’t an effective, comprehensive database solution for marketers or for that matter any business owner, I’ve always used a little of this and a little of that–not the most effective way to manage my valuable customer data!  Geesh what a mess and a lot of money.

Well, about 2 years ago, I found a new solution that’s designed specifically for people like me? Well actually like us Marketers and Business Owners!!

It’s a complete Customer Relationship Management System, and it does everything that we need it to do:

Are You On The Fence?

Wow! What an overwhelming response. I opened up my Infusion CRM Tele-Classes 3 days ago, and had 25 spots open out of 50 now I only have 11 left.

I am so excited about this upcoming series. This is is special to me, because it is for beginners. The reason it is so special to me is because I want to teach them what I know, so they can make more more and work less time.

I did it and it was a crazy ride, now I want to help you!

I had a few questions from people that asked me how hard it is to learn. Here is the question and my response.

Hi,

I know you are teaching Infusion to people and I want to sign up for your class. I am not a very technical person. My problem is not getting clients, it is the clients that want Infusion knowledge. I figure I would invest in my business and my skills, but I am nervous that I will not be able to learn it. What do you suggest?

It has been so long since I have posted. I have had so many things happen in my life and business. I am so happy and I finally think that I am in a place that I need to be. I have the most amazing clients, friends and family.

I have an amazing support team and so many wonderful people around me that inspire and motivate me to do more. In the past I was doing Infusion CRM tele-classes. It was such a great success. Happy Sunday…

I posted over this past week about the new Infusion upgrade and have received some really great responses. So I would like to post the stats of my poll.

About 35% of you absolutely love the new Infusion and they have been using Infusion for about a year now.  I fall within that 35% the only difference is that I have been using it for about 3 years now.

About 50% of the people that responded said it’s ok but they really need to get used to it. Understandable… I did too. As promised you will get used to it.

And then we had a few that said they don’t like it all.. but loved the old one. I have to say it is like anything in your life that changes.. Who likes change? No one! But with change comes growth. Take your time. It will come to you. Take some time out of your day and look around familiarize yourself with the changes. Take infusions webinar to show you where everything is.

After learning the upgraded version.. You will love it again.

Infusion CRM is a powerful app… We all know that. We all know that it can do amazing things. Most of us know that it can run your business and give you the time you need to focus on The Big Picture.

Hey everyone,

It has been a crazy few months. I have so much going on. It has been 7 years since I have been a virtual assistant and it has been some of the best times of my life. I never thought I would be as happy as I am.  Over the past few months it has been better than ever. I am so blessed and happy to be where I am and what I am doing now.

So I need to talk about the “NEW” Infusion CRM.. Are you all loving it? I know I am. When I first saw it I said OH NO… I have to learn this all over again? I was lost for a few days, looking for where everything was. It was so funny, I couldn’t find not even my action sequences. I was lost.. I said to myself it took me so long to get to know Infusion CRM inside and out, now what?? Although after a few days I have to admit it was a piece of cake and I love it more now than the older version.

I know some of you are probably a little stumped on some things but I promise it will get easier. Everything is really the same except that things have moved around, and we have some changes in what things in the CRM are called…

What I want to do is take a little poll today. I want to know if you love it or hate it. If you love it tell me why.. If you hate it, tell me what you hate and what you can’t figure out and I will give you the answer and hopefully make you love it as much as I.

What a Great Day! I am not only going away for the weekend, but my new forum is complete. I know it took some time, but I am finally happy with the outcome and ready to launch! You can sign up to be a member here. Please note that registration does require approval from our lovely moderators. If you happen to sign up today, you may not get approved until Monday… (We all need a break this weekend and are starting of early).

Please also read the agreement before joining. Currently we have questions in the forum that I received from people wanting to know “How do I questions”, polls, and tips. It will take all of my loyal subscribers, including myself to keep this forum going. We want and need your feedback, we want your questions.  Remember Infusion CRM considers feedback from their customers very valuable in order to make improvements and add new features. So if you have something great to say they value it, and if it is not so great they value that as well.

Happy Friday Everyone! This post will be short and sweet. I have a busy day ahead of me. As you all know my forum is soon to be launched. I want to put a category in the forum  about challenges that users face with their Infusion Applications. Everyone already knows that I enjoy helping anyone I can, so what I would like is for anyone that has a question or a challenge they are facing in Infusion to shoot me over an email with anything that is stumping you in Infusion.

I will in turn post those challenges in the forum and have your answers in there once I launch. If you have a question that needs to be answered ASAP, you can contact me and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Remember having a place that everyone can come together to share their experiences, questions, ect…can help all users utilize their Infusion applications to the fullest.
