It has been so long since I have posted. I have had so many things happen in my life and business. I am so happy and I finally think that I am in a place that I need to be. I have the most amazing clients, friends and family.

I have an amazing support team and so many wonderful people around me that inspire and motivate me to do more. In the past I was doing Infusion CRM tele-classes. It was such a great success. I stopped doing them, because I wanted to offer more to my subscribers. Well I finally did it. “Yay”… I am so excited about the next step in my business.

Last night I was laying in bed after a long day and thought about my family, my life and my business, and asked myself, “Is this what you really want or do you want more?”…. And they say when the answer comes to you quickly, it is usually the right answer. Wnt to know what mine was? I want more. They say you don’t get anything more than you can handle, and at this point in my life I feel like I can do so much more.

I think what stopped me before from living my dream was fear… Fear of failure, and that is not a good feeling. I set out to do so many things with my business and I did it all, and I must say I did a good job at it. But when you grow and learn new things you get new ideas and want more… Then the fear of change comes into play again..

I decided last night that I will not let anything stand in the way of accomplishing what I want and need to make myself happy, and I woke up this morning with a new outlook. Yes it is going to take time and a lot of effort, but that is me. When I set my mind to something that I am passionate about I keep going until I complete what I set out to do.

You life can change from one minute to the next, so follow you heart, follow your dreams, keep your passion alive. Don’t give up. I didn’t and I accomplished so many things that I am so thankful for. Everything I learned in the past 6 years about being a Virtual Assistant has helped me grow as a person, and a business woman. 

So I am making a change.. As you can see from the look of my blog, that has changed. My site changed. So I am taking that step to make a change and get so much more out of life

I can’t take all the credit, I have to thank the wonderful clients I have and the support of my family and friends.

I’ll be back soon to let you know what I am working on next, so stay tuned.

Hey everyone,

It has been a crazy few months. I have so much going on. It has been 7 years since I have been a virtual assistant and it has been some of the best times of my life. I never thought I would be as happy as I am.  Over the past few months it has been better than ever. I am so blessed and happy to be where I am and what I am doing now.

So I need to talk about the “NEW” Infusion CRM.. Are you all loving it? I know I am. When I first saw it I said OH NO… I have to learn this all over again? I was lost for a few days, looking for where everything was. It was so funny, I couldn’t find not even my action sequences. I was lost.. I said to myself it took me so long to get to know Infusion CRM inside and out, now what?? Although after a few days I have to admit it was a piece of cake and I love it more now than the older version.

I know some of you are probably a little stumped on some things but I promise it will get easier. Everything is really the same except that things have moved around, and we have some changes in what things in the CRM are called…

What I want to do is take a little poll today. I want to know if you love it or hate it. If you love it tell me why.. If you hate it, tell me what you hate and what you can’t figure out and I will give you the answer and hopefully make you love it as much as I.

For about 5 months now, I have been doing the whole blog thing, and till this day what do I talk about? Come on you all know already Infusion CRM, and people still ask me, “What database do you use to track leads, customers, products and orders?”

You know what?  Let me tell you how I got started.

About 4 years ago, I didn’t have a good answer to that question. Contact managers that I came across became inadequate. Once you really start to get successful, they are not designed to manage multi-step sequences, orders, continuity programs, credit card charging, affiliate programs, etc.

So, because there wasn’t an effective, comprehensive database solution for marketers or for that matter any business owner, I’ve always used a little of this and a little of that–not the most effective way to manage my valuable customer data!  Geesh what a mess and a lot of money.

Woo-Hoo. Happy Monday everyone! It been a while I know. I have been so busy setting up new clients, spending more time with the family. So much has been going on in my life over the past 2 months. I’ve made some life changing decisions. I was so scared at first, but I knew in my heart it was the best decision I ever made in my life.

The decision I made not only helped my sanity, but it also gave me peace of mind. Now I am back to myself and ready to take charge of what I want, and will STOP at nothing to get it. 

Last week I had a consultation with a potential client everything seemed to be going great. He then said to me is Infusion all you do? From your blog it seems like that is what your niche / passion is. What he said made me think a lot about what I wanted for myself and my business. Up until last week, I was only taking on clients who are currently using or are looking into Infusion CRM.

After my consult my train of thought changed. Yes I love the application. Yes it is the most powerful application I have ever used, and I would highly recommend it to anyone & everyone, but I also love having a variety of tasks on my plate. For instance I love blogging, creating custom forms, customer service, internet marketing and administrative assistance.

Infusion CRM is my passion but I decided to not limit myself, especially when it comes to doing something I love.
